"Nice idea, but made me itchy"
I wanted to like this, and it seemed decent at first, but it ended up making my skin red and itchy. Might work for someone else, but it just wasn’t a good fit for my skin.

"I couldn’t figure it out"
I tried using the site, but I found it really confusing. I kept clicking around and it felt like everything was taking way longer than it should have. After a while, I got frustrated and just gave up.

I tried these on a couple of my kid’s shirts and also on a coffee stain, i was disappointed. The clothes still came out looking dirty, so I didn’t really feel like they did what they were supposed to do. The smell is fine, but for the price, I expected better stain removal...

Washed a load and my clothes came out with this odd sticky residue on them. Not sure what happened, but yeah, I’m not using these again.

"Didn’t really clear up my laundry shelf"
I picked these up thinking they’d help me make a little more room on my laundry shelf, it didn’t make much of a difference.
The box is definitely smaller than a regular detergent jug, but I still ended up keeping my old detergent around because these didn’t handle every load that well.
So now I’ve got this box sitting there along with the stuff I was trying to replace. Kind of defeats the purpose for me, I wouldn’t buy them just for saving space.

"Not gonna lie, my clothes still looked stained"
Not gonna lie, I was disappointed. I ran my clothes through the wash expecting them to come out clean, but they still had stains afterward.

"Shipping took way too long"
My order took way longer than I expected, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time. I kept checking and it just didn’t really change, which was frustrating. Not super happy with the experience tbh, and I probly won’t order from here agian.

I really wanted to like these, but the smell was way too strong for me. There was just something about it that made it hard to use them at all.

My order wasn’t right when it showed up, which was already annoying enough. I reached out to support thinking it would be a simple fix, but it felt like I had to keep begging them to make it right. I shouldn’t have to push that hard for something I already paid for. Frustrating experience overall

"Wish I hadn’t counted on this delivery"
I’m disappointed. I was expecting the delivery to show up, but it never arrived, and I’m still sitting here waiting. I really regret relying on it because it ended up wasting my time.

"Not quite enough for family laundry"
I wanted to like these, but they just didn’t really keep up with our regular family loads. The clothes came out looking clean, but they didn’t smell as fresh as I’d expect, which kind of says enough. I ended up running a few loads again, so for us, it didn’t really make sense to keep using them.

I really wanted to like these but after a few washes my dark clothes started looking faded. The colors just didnt seem to hold up the way I hoped.
I also had to rewash a few things because they didnt feel fully clean and a couple pieces came out kind of stiff. Not for me I ended up going back to my usual detergent.

"Never really heard back from customer service"
I reached out to customer service a few times, but I never got a clear answer back. I mostly just felt like I was sitting around waiting with no real help, haha. Frustrating overall, and it’s not somewhere I’d order from again...

"Kept leaving gummy bits on my clothes"
I really wanted these to work because the idea is convenient, but in my experience they just didn’t dissolve properly in my washer. I first noticed little gummy pieces stuck to my clothes, so I tried warm water, smaller amounts, and a few different types of loads to see if it was something I was doing. Unfortunately, it kept happening. Having to rewash clothes kind of defeats the purpose for me, so I wouldn’t buy them again.

"Subscription was a pain to deal with"
Trying to cancel my subscription was such a hassle. I thought it would be a quick thing, but nope, I kept getting bounced around and couldn’t tell what was actually going through. The service itself was one thing, but managing the account was just frustrating. I don’t know, it should’ve been way easier than it was.

I was really curious to try Sheets Laundry Club, but the ingredient info felt a little too vague for me. I’m not trying to be overly picky, haha, I just like knowing exactly what I’m using on our clothes and why it’s in there.
It might work totally fine for some people, but ingredient transparency is a big deal in my house, especially with sensitive skin. I don’t want to have to dig around or guess, so I probably won’t be ordering again.

"Kinda disappointed with the packaging"
I mostly tried these because they seemed more eco-friendly, but my order showed up with extra plastic, which felt kinda wasteful. Maybe I just got an off batch or something, but I was disappointed

"Not the best for packing"
I tried using this for travel, but it wasn’t very easy to pack or carry around. It feels like a preventable issue if the design were a bit more travel-friendly

"Returning it has been such a hassle"
